M E E T D R . H A E G E R Dr. Haeger was born and raised in Michigan. Since 1989, he has lived in the Seattle area with his wife, Leslie, and their three children. Having experienced braces as a child, he saw orthodontics as a way of combining his love of science and his love of working with his hands. He thoroughly enjoys working with people and seeing the positive changes that orthodontic treatment can bring to their lives. Down-to-earth, honest and upfront, Dr. Haeger is appreciated for his clear explanations of the most reasonable treatment options and for his proficiency with current technology and techniques. His friendly, humorous personality makes coming to appointments a fun experience. Dr. Haeger has established a reputation for achieving excellent clinical results. Patients routinely express satisfaction with their care and with the high degree of professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Haeger and his staff. Dr. Haeger has been selected by more dentists than any orthodontist in South King County regarding where they would send their child based on two regional polls in Seattle Metropolitan (2009) and Consumers' CHECKBOOK (2007 & 2008). Dr. Haeger's first priority is the quality of care his patients receive, and he is always looking for ways to improve his practice. To that end, he has spearheaded research in two phase orthodontic treatment, different types of braces, a new braces placement technique, and the use of computers in the orthodontic office. He sees patients as partners in developing better orthodontic practices, and welcomes honest input from the people under his care. Dr. Haeger has been practicing orthodontics in the same Kent location since 1990. During that time, he has developed strong working relationships with dentists throughout South King County. He lectures to groups on laser uses in orthodontics, specialized orthodontic implants, and how to maximize treatment efficiency to minimize the time patients spend in braces. Watching beautiful, healthy smiles transform before my eyes on a daily basis is very rewarding! I have one amazing daughter who is active in soccer and we have a chihuahua puppy. Together, we enjoy camping and the outdoors, roadtrips and spending time with loved ones.
